You can easily place an order by browsing our site, adding the products to the cart and following the secure payment process.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Modifications or cancellations are only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us quickly at here for any requests.

Delivery

What are your delivery times?

Delivery times are 2 to 5 working days for mainland France.

What are your delivery costs?

The costs are €8.00 with Colissimo and €5.95 with Mondial Relay. Delivery is free for all orders over €120.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we deliver to the French Overseas Territories (€30.00 to €50.00) and Europe (€12.00 to €18.00).

Returns and exchanges

Can I return a product?

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt, subject to prior agreement. Contact us by email within 3 days of receipt to explain the reason for the return.

Are the return costs my responsibility?

Yes, return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part or a defective product.
