Refund policy

At Collect'Auto, we strive to offer you products of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the opportunity to return your order under certain conditions.

• Return deadline: You have 7 days from receipt of the return slip (excluding delivery times) to return the products. We encourage you to check your order upon receipt for any discrepancies or dissatisfaction.

• Return process: If you wish to return a product, it is necessary to let us know the reason for your return by email within 3 days of receipt of your order. After studying your request, we will send you a return slip by email.

• Condition of returned products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Products that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted.

• Return costs: Return costs are your responsibility. We advise you to use a secure and traceable shipping method to return your products to avoid any loss during transport.

• Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will refund the order, within 10 to 14 business days. The refund will be made via the same payment method used during the original purchase.
